Our facility is located in downtown Minot, and we provide women and children in the Minot area with shelter and a safe place to sleep.
Those who seek help with us do so because they cannot meet their most basic needs. It is our aim to assist with this, and in all areas of their lives. Residents are allow to stay for up to 60-days. During their stay, staff work with residents to obtain employment and secure housing.
By accepting housing, residents are agreeing to work with a case manager who will help coordinate services toward stable housing outside of the facility. They develop goals with their case manager, which are attainable. Services provided at the center include crisis intervention, budgeting and money management, life skills training, clothing, food, job search assistance and health services.
In 2019 we provided 3,403 nights of shelter to women and
children in our community!
